This guy is good !!!! My toshiba laptop blacked out on me, would not start up again. I put it in the closet, cause i could'nt afford to fix it, ( est. 300.00) to fix it from other computer stores....so I called (eric) , for some advice... .. I told him what happened, he gave some educated advice, ( a trick of the trade, i never new about ) my computer is now working perfect....... I like the way he thinks( old way of doing business) YOU SAVED ME 300.00 DOLLARS....!!!! i wont forget that :) " im coming in to have my computer cleaned" I can't believe my computer actually fired up..the third try !!! been working good since then.... I have known Eric for 10+ years. He is professional, reliable, and honest in his business. An external hard drive crashed with over 100 GIGs of photos and I panicked!! I called Eric and dropped it off. Eric revived it and I picked it up the very next day. Friendly and Helpful

I called Eric for advice on a problem I was having installing software on my computer. He offered a couple of suggestions on what I might try on my own, then reassured me I can always bring my computer in and they will certainly fix the problem for me. He was very friendly and helpful.

Fixed the problem

When we needed help my husband looked in the yellow pages and found Eric and it was a lucky day as he came promptly and not only fixed the problem but helped me with some advice I needed. He is our go to person and we are so glad we found him. He is honest and comes on time but if he is going to be late he calls which is most appreciated.
